MY neck was tight and sore during the whole bicycle course of 112 milles because the fibromyalgia. |
An old lesion of the rotator cuff was giving me hard time during the swimming . |
English Version
Last November 30th I completed the last race of the year 2014, Ford Ironman Cozumel.
It was the latest in a series of races that I planed since 2013, in order to give a voice of hope to all those suffering from, family loss, thyroid cancer and chronic pain like me. To carry my message, I participated in the following races which were made with the firm goal of finishing without injury. Overcoming the obstacles of my health, the responsibilities with family and work.
And my answer is that two types of speech can go through our mind:
Negative Speech:
God I would like to give joy to the sad, I would like to give company to the lonely one, I would like to give bread to the hungry one, I would like to forgive who has hurt me, I would love to understand the world through the eyes of love. I would like to laugh all day, and that my tears were only of emotion, I would like to know how to turn pain into pleasure, I would like to have in my hands the power to transform hell in paradise.
Positive Discourse:
Thank you Father for giving me life to give joy, friendship, support, hope and love to anyone who needs it. Thank you Father for giving me a heart that does not hold a grudge, I am happy to understand the world with the eyes of love. I smile all day and I only cry tears of joy, because I am grateful to have learned how to turn the pain into pleasure. Thank you universe because difficulties have taught me how to convert hell into paradise.
Personally, I prefer the positive discourse. Declaring my ideas with words, that way my wishes become materialized. I offer my sacrifice to God and the universe so they will multiply it in blessings for my family, the people that I appreciate and for my health.
